We are a family run jewellery retailer named after our daughter Lucia. We are based in the beautiful Gower, South Wales and ship worldwide. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality Sterling silver and Gold-plated modern jewellery at an affordable price. Returns Policy
We accept refunds/ Exchanges for unworn untouched items and for faulty products. Please contact us via email and return your item tracked with royal mail. Once we have analysed the jewellery, we will email you with confirmation and your refund / exchange will be processed.
